Refund policy

30-Day Returns for Unworn Items

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Because our apparel is designed for people with sensitive or healing skin, all returns must meet hygiene and quality standards before being accepted.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items with signs of wear or washing

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized items 

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
