Orders & Shipping

How long does processing take?

Each Excaldāre piece is made-to-order.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

  • Canada: 3–8 business days
  • USA: 4–9 business days

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship within Canada & the US. If you’re outside these regions and want to order, email brandon@excaldare.com, and we’ll see what we can do.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because each Excaldāre piece is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or style

Please double-check our size guide and product details before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Email brandon@excaldare.com within 30 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description
  • A clear photo of the issue

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart.
For the most accurate fit, compare the measurements to a shirt or hoodie you already own.

Are your products unisex?

Yes — our apparel is designed to be unisex with a comfortable, true-to-size fit.


Comfort & Skin Sensitivity

Is Excaldāre safe for healing or sensitive skin?

Every item is crafted with soft fabrics and low-profile design to reduce irritation.
For fresh burns or active healing, always follow your medical team’s guidance.

Do your clothes help with sensitive skin?

Our designs are intentionally minimal and comfortable, but they are not medical garments.
They offer comfort — not medical protection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online checkout options.

When will I see the charge?

Orders are charged at the time of purchase to begin the made-to-order production process.
