Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

USA: 4–9 business days

International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier.

A tracking link will be sent once your order has shipped.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import fees based on their country’s regulations.

Do you accept returns?

Because each Excaldāre piece is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, colour, or style

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days, and we will investigate with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
